BOOK’N TIME – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Book’n Time (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our real estate scheduling and coordination services (the “Services”) through our website at www.bookntime.com and related platforms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Book’n Time provides remote real estate showing scheduling, appointment coordination, confirmation and reminder communications, rescheduling support, and calendar management for real estate professionals in the United States.
2. Your Agreement With Us
When you use our Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Your Use of the Services
a. You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested.
c. You are responsible for all activity under your account (if applicable).
4. Services and Deliverables
a. The Services include scheduling and coordination support as described on our Site.
b. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of showings scheduled, client responses, closings).
c. We do not provide legal, real estate brokerage, or financial advice.
5. Scheduling & Attendance Policy
Book’n Time provides scheduling coordination and appointment management services based on the information provided by the client and involved parties. While we make reasonable efforts to schedule, confirm, and communicate appointments, we are not responsible for attendance, including missed appointments, late arrivals, or no-shows by clients, vendors, occupants, or third parties.
If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or changed after confirmation, Book’n Time will make reasonable efforts to notify all involved parties and update your calendar accordingly. Book’n Time cannot guarantee attendance or prevent no-shows, as participation and availability are outside of our control.
6. Communication & Notification Standards
Book’n Time’s responsibility is limited to coordinating, confirming, and communicating scheduled appointments during standard business hours based on the information available at the time of scheduling.
Our role includes:
Communicating appointment details to relevant parties
Sending confirmations and updates
Updating your calendar when changes occur
Book’n Time is not responsible for:
Ensuring messages are read or acknowledged
Verifying access to properties or locations
Monitoring attendance at appointments
Managing outcomes resulting from missed, late, or unattended appointments
Once appointment details or updates have been communicated, responsibility for attendance and participation rests with the involved parties.
Book’n Time provides scheduling coordination and communication support only and does not assume responsibility for the actions, availability, or conduct of third parties.
7. Fees and Payment
a. Fees for the Services are set forth on the Site or in your service agreement.
b. You agree to pay all fees due in the amount and time frame specified.
c. We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.
d. Refunds, billing cycles, and cancellation terms (if any) are governed by our pricing page.
8. Term and Termination
a. You may stop using the Services at any time; there are no long-term contracts.
b. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons.
c. If your account is terminated, you remain responsible for unpaid fees incurred up to termination.
9. Communication and Notifications
By using the Services, you consent to receive messages, notifications, and confirmations related to service delivery and support. These may be sent by email, SMS, phone, or through the Site.
10. Intellectual Property
a. All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by us or our licensors.
b. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
11. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information and schedules you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a license to use it to provide Services.

13. Disclaimers
a. NO GUARANTEES. The Services are provided “as-is” with no warranty of specific outcomes.
b. We are not responsible for third-party actions, including client responses, seller behaviors, or third-party platform issues.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us from liabilities arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
17. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
